Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Lenskart is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional activities - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including tracking key metrics and ROI - Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives - Support the marketing team in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role - Demonstrated dedication and reliability in previous positions - Strong cooperation and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools and software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
