Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN for Lenskart. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to execute various campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing marketing strategies and plans. 2. Coordinate and manage social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling. 3. Support the creation of promotional materials, such as newsletters, emails, and advertisements. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 5. Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and activities. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing activities. 7. Monitor and track marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness. 8. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Proven experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
