Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team at MakeMyTrip in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales - Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and traditional channels - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results - Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful collaboration - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
