Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Blinkit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of success in driving online campaigns.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to our e-commerce platform. 2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, display, and search. 3. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve campaign performance. 6. Monitor and analyze KPIs to track the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce setting. 3. Proven track record of managing successful online marketing campaigns. 4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Motivated and confident personality traits. 7. Persuasion and cooperation soft skills.
