Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rebel Foods is seeking a talented and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a leading cloud kitchen operator in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can work independently and contribute to our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the Rebel Foods brand - Create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases - Manage internal communications to ensure all employees are informed and engaged - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and PR initiatives - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications efforts, making recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for communication

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a communications role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Adaptable and reliable with a strong problem-solving mindset - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
