Job Description:

MakeMyTrip is seeking a talented and proactive PR Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, making it ideal for individuals based in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it perfect for those looking to kickstart their career in Public Relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in drafting press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials. 2. Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets. 3. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for internal use. 4. Support in organizing and coordinating PR events and campaigns. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand. 6. Assist in crisis communications management as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. 8. Provide administrative support to the PR team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and able to think of creative solutions to problems. 2. Hardworking and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and able to negotiate effectively. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
