Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Pepperfry is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Pepperfry's brand and products - Create engaging content for various channels including social media, press releases, and internal communications - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms - Serve as a spokesperson for the company in media interviews and public events - Assist in crisis communication strategies as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field - Strong writing and editing skills - Experience in social media management and digital marketing - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent persuasion and presentation skills - Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics - Experience with graphic design software is a plus
