Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Blinkit is looking for a driven and hardworking Communications Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in the field of communications.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company's public image and brand awareness - Write and edit content for various platforms including press releases, website, social media, and marketing materials - Monitor and analyze media coverage and trends to identify opportunities for promotion - Coordinate communication efforts with internal teams and external partners - Maintain strong relationships with media contacts and stakeholders - Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts - Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and other public relations activities - Provide support in crisis communication and reputation management - Conduct research and gather data to support communication initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively - Previous experience in a communications-related role is a plus - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically - Knowledge of current trends in digital media and communications
