Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Vedantu, a leading online education company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field. We are looking for an adaptable and confident individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Vedantu's brand and products. 2. Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, and email newsletters. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. 4. Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. 5. Assist with organizing events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives. 6. Respond to inquiries from the media, customers, and partners in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. 6. Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
