Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Communications Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in communications or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey the company's message to internal and external stakeholders. 2. Create compelling content for various communication channels including press releases, social media, internal newsletters, and website. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. 4. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives. 5. Identify and leverage opportunities for innovative communication techniques that will engage target audiences.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems. 4. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies. 5. Experience in using various communication tools and platforms. 6. Must be a team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
