Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Communications Specialist to join our team at IBM India. This is a part-time, work-from-home position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing various communication strategies to enhance the company's brand image and engage with our audience effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communications strategies to promote the company's products and services. 2. Create engaging content for various communication channels such as social media, newsletters, and press releases. 3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. 5. Assist in creating and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers. 6. Handle inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a communications role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Resilient and hardworking attitude. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
