Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

NoBroker is seeking a part-time Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate-level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's online communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to promote NoBroker's services and products - Manage and update the company's website and social media channels with relevant and engaging content - Monitor and analyze online conversations and trends to identify opportunities for engagement - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all online platforms - Work closely with other departments to create integrated communication campaigns - Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners - Provide regular reports on the performance of online communication strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in managing online communication strategies - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and web analytics software - Reliable and driven with a high level of emotional intelligence - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to work well under pressure - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
