Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Lenskart is seeking a part-time Online Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in online communications or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable and hardworking, with strong decision-making and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with customers - Create and curate content for social media channels, email campaigns, and other online platforms - Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in online communications or a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
