Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online communications and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute online communication strategies to promote Indian Oil Corporation's brand and products - Manage and update social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns - Monitor online interactions and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Create engaging content including blog posts, articles, and multimedia materials - Analyze data and reports to track the success of online communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in online communications or digital marketing - Proven experience managing social media platforms and website content - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Independent and resilient personality traits - People management skills and emotional intelligence - Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
