Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Online Social Media Manager to join our team at Rebel Foods in Bangalore. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals - Engage with customers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and make recommendations for new strategies - Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content - Report on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in social media management - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively - Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms - Experience with content creation and graphic design is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
