Online Social Media Manager

Job Description: Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the Online Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing our online social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. - Create engaging and creative content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. - Analyze social media analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies to ensure the company's online presence remains relevant and engaging.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative and innovative mindset. - Leadership skills to guide and inspire the social media team. - Reliable and resilient personality traits to handle the fast-paced nature of social media management.
