Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Maruti Suzuki India Limited is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Social Media Manager in our Chennai office. Responsibilities: - Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create engaging and relevant content to drive traffic and increase followers - Monitor social media trends and implement best practices - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance - Collaborate with other departments to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to think critically and problem solve - Demonstrated leadership skills - Motivated and hardworking attitude - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
