Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Online Social Media Manager to join our team at BYJU'S in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of our social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategy - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategy with overall marketing goals - Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay informed on emerging social media platforms and trends - Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in social media management - Strong analytical and planning skills - Confident and passionate about social media marketing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns - Knowledge of social media analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
