Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Microsoft India is looking for a dynamic Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As part of our Associate Level team, you will be responsible for managing our online social media presence and engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall company goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media presence - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in managing social media accounts for a company or organization - Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and motivated to drive results and meet deadlines - Strong research and analysis skills to gather insights and optimize social media performance
