OYO Rooms, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a proactive and dynamic PR Associate to work remotely from Delhi, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field and possess a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for managing the public relations efforts of the company and promoting brand awareness through various media channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation - Create press releases, media kits, and other materials to communicate key messages to the public - Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers - Manage and coordinate press events, conferences, and other PR activities - Monitor and report on media coverage and PR metrics - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications channels - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in public relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations - Strong organizational and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software/tools - Hardworking and dedicated attitude - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
