Zoho Corporation is seeking a passionate and confident Social Media Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels - Monitor and analyze social media trends and performance to optimize strategy - Manage social media campaigns and track performance metrics - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in social media management - Confident and passionate about social media and digital marketing - Strong presentation skills and creativity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
