Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a skilled and innovative Social Media Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels for the company, creating engaging content, and driving growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management, be hardworking, and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels - Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth - Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall goals - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget - Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
