Social Media Manager

OYO Rooms is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with customers - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results - Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing - Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience managing social media accounts for a company or brand - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Resourceful and confident in making decisions and problem-solving - Attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms - Experience with social media advertising is a plus
