Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Shaadi.com in Kolkata, West Bengal. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. 2. Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 3. Create and curate engaging content such as posts, videos, and graphics for social media channels. 4. Monitor social media analytics and track key metrics to identify trends and insights, and optimize content for maximum reach. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement new strategies as needed. 7. Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. 8. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI. 9. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth. 10. Work closely with the design team to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management. 2. Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing a social media following. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 5. Resilient and confident with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 7. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 8. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 9. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. 10. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
