Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Dream11 is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate level role, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 2. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and other online channels. 3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends, track performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives. 5. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure Dream11 remains at the forefront of digital marketing strategies. 7. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance social media campaigns and reach a wider audience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. 2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 5. Adaptable personality with a hardworking attitude. 6. Strong planning and strategic planning skills.
