Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team at upGrad in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, independent, have strong critical thinking skills, and demonstrate cooperation in a team setting.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Manage all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns - Monitor social media analytics and report on key metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategy with overall marketing initiatives - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns to achieve desired results

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms - Experience with social media advertising is a plus
