Job Description:

Rebel Foods is seeking a talented Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate-level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be passionate and resilient, with excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media platforms. 3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns. 4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in social media management. 2. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and effectively manage time and tasks independently. 5. Experience with social media analytics tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
