Social Media Manager - Work from home

HCL Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Delhi, IN. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media trends and performance metrics - Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new trends in social media

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to work independently from home - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving goals - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills - Proficient in social media management tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
