Job Description:

Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a motivated and resilient Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media posts - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in social media management - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
