Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tata Digital is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Associate-level employee with at least 2 years of experience in social media management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms.

Responsibilities: - Create and manage content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner - Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our products or services - Manage social media advertising budgets to maximize ROI

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of successful social media campaigns - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Resilient and motivated individual with a passion for social media - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
