Admin (Part -Time)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to handle day -to -day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should be detail -oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  

• Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
  

• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
  

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  

• Assist HR with attendance, leave records, onboarding documentation.
  

• Support finance team with bill tracking, invoices, and expense records
  

• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel if required
  

• Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the office
  

• Act as a point of contact between management and staff for admin matters
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  

• Basic knowledge of office management procedures
