As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be the on-ground ambassador of the brand — executing marketing programs, increasing brand awareness, and driving demand for Robyn & Travis Co.’s pet product range among pet parents, retailers, events, and community audiences. You’ll combine creativity with direct customer engagement to amplify brand reach and support sales targets.



 

📋 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Field Marketing Campaigns

• Plan, coordinate and execute on-ground marketing campaigns to promote the brand and product range (supplements, grooming products etc).

• Organize and manage promotional activities at pet stores, veterinary clinics, pet shows, community pet events, and markets.

• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, samples, banners, and brochures in strategic locations.
  
   

🤝 Partnerships & Local Outreach

• Build and maintain relationships with local pet businesses (groomers, clinics, pet stores), influencers, trainers, and community groups.

• Identify collaboration opportunities that expand outreach — such as co-hosted events or in-store promotions.

🚀 Brand Visibility & Awareness

• Increase product visibility among key consumer groups and pet industry partners.

• Conduct in-person product demos, sampling drives, and promotional activities to educate pet owners about benefits and usage.

• Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and partner outlets.

📌 Skills & Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

✅ 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, brand promotions, retail marketing, or events

✅ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

✅ Comfortable engaging with customers and partners in direct interactions

✅ Passion for pets and understanding of pet-care market trends

✅ Ability to travel within assigned region and work flexible hours for events

✅ Organized, proactive, and results-driven
