Project Overview:

As part of industry-oriented skilling and academic development initiatives, Rareminds is executing specialized training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) focused on the medical manufacturing sector. This initiative aims to enhance students’ and professionals' understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and safety in pharmaceutical and medical device production.

Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced trainers to deliver structured and practical training in GMP and Quality Assurance specific to medical manufacturing. The trainer will be responsible for delivering sessions that help learners gain a comprehensive understanding of industry protocols and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on:

- Introduction to GMP and regulatory framework (WHO, FDA, CDSCO)

- Documentation and record-keeping in medical manufacturing

- Quality control vs. quality assurance

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)

- Cleanroom protocols and contamination control

- Equipment calibration, maintenance, and validation

- Personal hygiene, gowning procedures, and workforce safety

- Auditing and compliance management

- Adapt training content to meet learner levels (diploma, UG, PG in Pharma/Biotech/Med Devices)

- Support pre- and post-assessments and skill-gap analysis

- Ensure compliance with project reporting, attendance, and feedback collection

- Coordinate with institutional partners and internal project teams for training delivery

- Guide learners on real-time industry practices, interview readiness, and placements (if applicable)

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related discipline

- Certification in GMP/QA or industry-recognized training is preferred

Experience Required:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical manufacturing, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance

- Prior experience in training or mentoring in an academic or industry setup is preferred

- Familiarity with national and international GMP standards (WHO-GMP, cGMP, ICH Q series)

Key Skills:

- In-depth understanding of QA systems and documentation practices

- Effective communication and training delivery skills

- Fluency in English and Tamil (preferred)

- Ability to engage students and adapt to virtual or physical delivery modes

- Strong presentation, assessment, and feedback handling skills
