Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
• Onboarding: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs for employees.
• HRIS Management: Help update and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure HR operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
