Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, including data collection and reporting.
• Training and Development: Help coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics and provide insights for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
