Job Description - HR Operations Coordinator Fresher only

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support HR operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
  • HRIS Management: Help update and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Training Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs for employees.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate company events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR operations field.
