Job Description - Office Manager

At Journi, a creative tech company and Austria's most innovative start-up of 2024, we’re building the world’s #1 most-downloaded printing app. Our app empowers customers to effortlessly create beautiful photo books and other print products. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print. We are looking for a part-time Office Manager to join the Journi team! You will work with our Office Management team and support with office related tasks. If you are a working student or looking for a varied part-time role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Work at least 20h per week from our Vienna HQ.

  • Keep the office running smoothly by managing office supplies, restocking fridges, handling small repairs, and ensuring all areas (workspaces, kitchen, common areas) are clean and organized.

  • Keep meeting rooms stocked with all necessary materials and supplies.

  • Be the go-to person for internal team questions and communications on current or upcoming office-related topics.

  • Welcome new team members with a well-prepared desk setup.

  • Coordinate with external partners, such as property management and cleaning services, and organize in-house health check appointments with our occupational healthcare provider.

  • Handle our device pool: reset/reorder devices, keep record of and hand out new devices in collaboration with IT.

  • Take care of plants, balcony flowers, and roof terrace maintenance.

  • Support teams across the company, such as:

    • Product Team: Assist with app testing, test product orders, and other recurring tasks.

    • Admin Team: Help with meetings, presentations, business trip planning, and other organizational tasks.

  • Plan fun and engaging team activities, be the host of weekly meetings, and organize our annual team trip.

  • Manage the reception area, greet guests, and handle mail and parcels.

  • Contribute to a positive and happy work culture by fostering team well-being.

  • You are a working student, a parent, or someone looking for a flexible part-time job.

  • You are fluent in German and English.

  • You have a can-do attitude and get things done.

  • You are structured, well-organized, and proactive.

  • You thrive on new challenges and enjoy varied tasks.

  • A fair yearly gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, starting from €36,000 based on full-time hours. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications amongst other factors.
