Job Description - Social Media Specialist

About Us:

push the boundaries of aerial navigation systems, ensuring unparalleled safety and re
liability for our customers. As we continue to advance in this cutting -edge field, we are
looking to expand our team with talented individuals who share our passion for
innovation and excellence.

Responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across social
media platforms on behalf of VECROS.

The role typically includes:

1. Strategy Development: Crafting a social media strategy aligned with the overall
marketing and business goals. This involves setting objectives, identifying target
audiences, and determining which platforms to focus on.
2. Content Creation: Developing engaging content such as posts, images, videos,
and infographics that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand’s
voice.
3. Content Scheduling: Planning and scheduling posts to ensure a consistent
online presence and to maximize engagement.
4. Community Management: Interacting with followers, responding to comments
and messages, and managing the community to build and maintain relationships.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analysing performance metrics to
measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and making data -driven
decisions to optimize future efforts.
6. Trend Monitoring: Staying updated on the latest social media trends and
changes in algorithms to keep strategies relevant and effective.
7. Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as marketing and public
relations, to ensure a cohesive approach to branding and messaging.


Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Instagram, Linkedin).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
• Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem -solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
