Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

PharmEasy is looking for a motivated and independent Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Delhi, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the region. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development who is looking for a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base in Delhi - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distribution partners - Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners to showcase our products and services - Track and report on sales performance and KPIs to management - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in networking events to build your professional network

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Reliable and self-motivated with a growth mindset - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
