Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Microsoft India is seeking a reliable and hardworking Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be fully remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships for Microsoft India. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop business strategies and initiatives. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 5. Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. 6. Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals and contracts. 7. Track and report on the progress of business development activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and critically to solve complex problems. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
