Job Description:

Cleartrip is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate on a part-time basis, with the flexibility of remote work. As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business in the Kolkata, West Bengal area.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through various communication channels. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and execution. 5. Provide support in drafting proposals, presentations, and other business development materials. 6. Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for business expansion. 7. Represent Cleartrip at networking events and conferences to promote our services.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and passionate individual with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic business environment. 2. Excellent research skills and ability to gather and analyze data effectively. 3. Basic understanding of project management principles and ability to work collaboratively with team members. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
