Job Description:

Moglix is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. This part-time position is at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a resilient attitude, exuding confidence in their ability to drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting 2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth 3. Identify key market trends and opportunities for expansion 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic solutions for clients 5. Create and deliver presentations to potential clients 6. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets 7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities 8. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and progress

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. 3+ years of experience in business development or sales 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 4. Strong communication and negotiation skills 5. Ability to think creatively and persuasively 6. Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection 7. Confident and outgoing personality with a drive for success
