Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Zerodha, a leading financial technology company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a related field, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion - Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients - Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics to assess progress towards goals - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform business development strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Creative thinking and strategic planning skills - Reliable and dedicated work ethic
