Job Description:
As a Business Development Associate at Pepperfry, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase market share. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, confident, and has a passion for sales and business development.
Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategic plans for growth - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services - Track and report on sales performance and market trends - Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in sales or business development - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic and confident personality - Strong persuasion and research skills
