Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Urban Company is seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level role, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting the growth of our business through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and research potential clients and partnership opportunities. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth. 4. Create and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients. 5. Assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies. 6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics. 8. Provide support for events, conferences, and other business development activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Energetic and dedicated with a passion for driving business growth. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Ability to adapt to changing business environments. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of the local market in Chennai, Tamil Nadu is a plus.
