Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Livspace is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding Livspace's presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. 2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. 6. Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients. 7. Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 6. Persuasion and people management soft skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
