Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Freshworks is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are motivated and energetic. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and research - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors - Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in sales or business development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities - Motivated and energetic self-starter - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
