NoBroker, a leading real estate platform in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in business development. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and provides a flexible and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to generate new leads - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets - Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch products or services to potential clients - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns - Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
