Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Business Development Associate to join our team at Moglix in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities by networking and researching potential clients - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities - Create strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve targets - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on current industry best practices and technologies to remain competitive in the market

Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience in e-commerce or online business development is a plus
