Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Descriptions :

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and the company website.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including community engagement, content calendar development, and social media analytics.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the website for better performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and qualify potential customers.
• Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, demonstrating ROI and impact on business goals.
• Work with designers and web developers to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  
   

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
